MEET YOUR TRAINER
WHY I GOT INTO FITNESS
I’ve been involved in fitness all my life and have played rugby from 16 years old which awarded me the position of playing professionally for the The Golden Lions up until 2012.
In addition to playing on the field, the sport demanded a lot of fitness practice and weight training. As I spent more time in the weight room, my body started responding really well, my confidence increased and I developed a passion for healthy living and performing to your maximum potential. It was at that point where I developed a passion for this and took it upon myself to educate myself on everything about the human body.
I have always been driven by competitiveness and training towards my physical strength and physique. I initially started training to get bigger, stronger and faster for rugby, but this then progressed and I went on to compete in Male muscle modelling in 2015, which turned out to be the kick-start of my bodybuilding career. Since then I have been able to achieve two National championships, and be ranked amongst the top Athletes in the world.
I have a great passion for physical fitness which has fuelled my life, dedication to sport, and an understanding of the science of bodybuilding.
I also believe in balance and making a healthy and fit lifestyle attainable for everyone, even if they don’t want to go as far as competing.
The beauty about health and fitness is we can become who we want to be and improve our quality of life. We can transform our bodies and minds to turn our dreams into reality.

I started working out to become a better rugby player, to improve my confidence and become the best version of myself.
I love the challenge of consistently bettering yourself. When you want something real bad, staying motivated and disciplined is never a problem. The fact that I can inspire thousands across the world gives me motivation to be better.
